01. The new energy vehicle charging infrastructure incentive policy was issued

2. China Southern Power Grid will invest 3 billion yuan in the construction of electric vehicle charging infrastructure

 China Southern Power Grid Corporation has released the Development Plan for electric Vehicle charging Infrastructure during the 13th Five-Year Plan period (hereinafter referred to as the Plan). By 2020, China Southern Power Grid will invest 3 billion yuan in the construction of ev charging infrastructure, including 674 centralized charging stations, 25,000 distributed public charging piles, and no more than 1 kilometer service radius of public charging infrastructure in the urban core areas of Guangzhou and Shenzhen. At present, China Southern Power Grid has invested in the construction of a total of 14 charging stations in five provinces and regions, accounting for 5% of the total number of charging stations in the whole society. There are 3,053 scattered AC and DC charging piles, accounting for 22% of the total number of charging piles in the whole society. According to the Analysis of the Plan, by 2020, the total number of electric vehicles in the five southern provinces and regions is estimated to be 800,000, 2,654 centralized charging stations and 720,000 decentralized charging piles need to be built, showing huge market potential in the future.



03. The charging pile APP can directly pay electricity bills online. The pile-finding software has entered the 2.0 era

 On June 6, 2016, charging pile APP version 2.0 was officially launched. The biggest highlight of this version is that users can realize the function of online payment of electricity charges through charging pile APP after charging. At present, it can only be paid online by charging operator Xing Xing Charging. At any xingxing Charging station, users can operate the vehicle charging, stop charging and pay the electricity bill online through the charging pile APP. At the bottom of the homepage of charging pile APP version 2.0, a "scan code" button was added. After clicking the button, the charging pile can be scanned for code charging operation. After the charging is completed, the charging pile APP will display the charging order details, including charging pile number, charging time, charging amount, charging amount and other information. The charging pile APP has also added two third-party services: illegal inquiry and driving on behalf of drivers.

5. Sichuan Kangding Airport Group signed a charging pile configuration cooperation agreement with Tesla (Beijing)

  In August, Sichuan Kangding Airport Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with Tesla Automobile Sales and Service (Beijing) Co., LTD., providing 12 Tesla quick charging piles in daocheng Yading Airport, Kangding Airport and four hotels under Sichuan Kangding Airport Group Co., LTD., and reached relevant cooperation intention in the later stage. This means that the most advanced pure electric vehicles in the world can successfully enter the two existing airports and major scenic spots such as Daocheng Yading and Hailogou in Ganzi Prefecture, which has been included in Tesla's China fast charging service network.
